I am currently working as a Hardware Lab Engineer at Tessolve Semiconductor Pvt Ltd since March 2023, where I contribute to embedded systems validation, electronics rework, and quality assurance activities.
My role combines hands-on technical expertise with strong involvement in lab operations, compliance, and audit support, ensuring high standards in engineering environments.

🔧 Electronics Rework & Technical Support
- Performing SMD and Through-Hole (PTH) rework with high precision
- Supporting PCB assembly, repair, and component replacement
- Working under microscope for fine-pitch components
- Ensuring safe removal and mounting without PCB damage
📦 Stock Management & Lab Operations
- Managing lab inventory and stock tracking systems
- Supporting procurement and material handling
- Maintaining organized and efficient lab workflows
🛡️ Quality Control & ESD Management
- Implementing and maintaining ESD control (20-20 standard) in lab
- Supporting quality assurance processes for materials and assemblies
- Ensuring adherence to high-reliability industry standards

- Handling calibration of lab equipment
- Coordinating preventive maintenance and documentation
- Ensuring accuracy and reliability of test equipment
